About Us

CSS is a global wholesale distribution company with over 30 years in the industry. We specialize in the sale of indoor and outdoor home electronics & appliances, cosmetics, auto appliances and other attractive consumer goods in the closeout, overstock and liquidation markets to name a few. We partner with top name brands and import our own items. Not only does our extensive inventory allow us to target a wide range of customers, but we pride ourselves in our participation in trade shows such as ASD in Las Vegas among others.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated sales manager to join our dynamic and growing sales team. The right candidate will display the following qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

  • - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • - Ability to achieve set sales goals
  • - Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
  • - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
  • - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
  • - Stay up to date with industry trends and developments

Job Requirements

  • - Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar role
  • - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • - Knowledge of NetSuite or similar CRM software programs "a must"
  • - Experience in outside sales is preferred
  • - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • - Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
